Q: CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN NEON SIGN?
A: Yes, we specialize in creating custom neon signs! You can choose the colors, font, and design to make a unique sign that suits your needs.
Q. HOW CAN I PLUG IN THE ARTWORK?
A. OnlyNeon signs come with an adapter & a two/three pin plug. We provide mounting screws with our artwork to be hung on the wall.The artwork to adapter wire is almost transparent with an orange lining inside.
Q. CAN I USE ONLYNEON SIGNS OUTDOORS ?
A. No, We do not recommend OnlyNeon signs for outdoors yet, or even any place indoors thats prone to water or rainfall.
Q. IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON THE ARTWORKS?
A. OnlyNeon provides on ground assistance in case of any issues within 15 days of receiving the product. We provide a 1 year warranty on our artworks.
Q. IS THERE ANY CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?
A. No, We take only 100% prepaid orders as all our artworks are manufactured as per Individual needs, after the order is placed by the customer online.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A. We DON'T DO refunds/ exchanges/ Refunds once purchased as all our artworks are custom made as per individual requirements. For further details visit to Return & Refund Page.
Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?
A. Cancellation can be only done within 12 hours of placing an order only via email at support@onlyneon.com.
